Source-available airline stack with a simple community fee

We believe airlines should own their Offer & Order future. Review every line of code, run it internally, submit changes, and only pay a modest community retainer when you put it into production.

Source code available to every airline at no cost for review, inspiration, and contribution.

Only pay a predictable community retainer when you operate it commercially.

No segment fees. No scaling fees. Cloud costs are direct pass-through from your vendor.

Keep full control of your roadmap while we continue core development.

Hold back your secret sauce: airlines can keep proprietary rules, ML models, and UIs private while still benefiting from the base.

Bring your engineers: build extensions in your own repos and choose if/when to upstream changes.

Source-Available License + Private Access Control

The model

Not open source. Instead, airlines get governed access, the freedom to run it internally, and optional commercial terms.

1️⃣ Private GitHub repo

Access is gated to airlines (NDA + authorization). Inspect the full Offer & Order stack, fork it, and contribute improvements.

2️⃣ Source-available license

Airlines can use the code internally, prototype, run POCs, and adapt it to their stack. Commercial usage simply requires the community retainer.

Forbids

  • • Competitors or consultancies using it.
  • • Building another PSS or generic SaaS platform.
  • • Redistributing, hosting for third parties, or training AI models on the code.

3️⃣ Commercial license

When you go live, you enter a lightweight commercial agreement that funds the core roadmap.

  • • SLA & premium support.
  • • Hosted / managed option.
  • • Regulatory & on-prem add-ons.

Community retainer

What you pay for

A simple monthly retainer funds continued development, reviews your pull requests, and keeps the suite aligned with IATA Offer & Order best practices.

  • No per-segment, request, or passenger fees.
  • No scaling premiums. Your hosting costs are direct pass-through from your cloud vendor.
  • Includes roadmap collaboration, design reviews, and guaranteed engineering cycles.
  • Community governance ensures all airlines benefit from shared improvements.

License guardrails

What’s off limits

Clear rules protect the community while keeping airlines in control.

Competitors

Direct competitors, PSS vendors, or consultancies cannot use or distribute the code.

Resale & SaaS

No reselling, redistributing, or hosting a SaaS version for others.

Reverse engineering

No reverse engineering or attempting to extract proprietary components.

AI training

Training AI/LLMs or foundation models on the code base is prohibited.

Purpose built

Cannot be used to build another PSS or general retail platform.

Managed option

Need hosting? We’ll run it for you.

Add an optional managed service fee and we’ll operate Aerotoys for you in our cloud or yours.

What’s included

  • SLA-backed support & incident response
  • Hosted option (fully managed or private cloud)
  • Premium feature modules and accelerator packs
  • Compliance toolkits (audit logs, data residency patterns)
  • On-prem or sovereign deployment assistance

Choose your footprint

We can host in Aerotoys-managed AWS/Azure regions or deploy inside your own cloud tenancy for sovereignty purposes. Either way, infrastructure fees remain a direct pass-through and the managed service fee covers our operations team.

Ready to review the code?

We’ll grant access to the private repo, walk through the license, and outline the community retainer.
