The Site provides information about our Offer & Order technology, community programs, and licensing models. Nothing on the Site grants a license to our software unless expressly stated in a written agreement signed by us.

3. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, logos, and materials are owned by us or our licensors.
• No content may be copied, modified, or distributed to build competing products or services.
• Access to the Site does not provide access to our proprietary software, source code, or algorithms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the structure of our systems.
• Scraping, mining, or harvesting data for commercial or competitive purposes.
• Using the Site to build, train, or enhance competing products or AI models.
• Bypassing or interfering with security or access controls.

5. Disclaimer & Liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Site.

If you request access to private areas (documentation, repos, collaboration spaces), you acknowledge that:

• Access may be granted only to verified airlines, regulators, or approved partners who sign NDAs or membership agreements.
• We may approve, deny, or revoke access at our discretion.
• You may not share protected materials externally or with unauthorized parties.
• Using private materials to develop competing products or to build another PSS is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (free zone jurisdiction). Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
